“Lisa and Ian looked after my shy, grumpy house cat, and I highly recommend them. I’ve never used a pet sitter before but Lisa is so warm and professional that she put me at ease straight away. Lisa visited our home in advance to meet my cat and learn her routine, and was happy to answer my million questions! While we were away Lisa and Ian sent updates and pictures every day, and my cat took to them straight away. We came home to a happy, relaxed, confident cat, rather than the nervous wreck I usually pick up from the cattery. We will definitely ask Lisa and Ian to pet sit for us again, and would recommend them to anyone. “Ian has recently taken over walking our energetic and free spirited springer spaniel. After initially meeting her with our previous walked we met at our home to go over paper work and logistics. Ian had a professional and friendly manner and clearly adores animals. His bond with Willow was instant and obvious, (my normally looney free spirited was reduced to a waggling tail of submission lapping up every tummy rub!). Willow is always excited for her walks with Ian and always comes home happily shattered and surprising clean, and the photos we receive are a great way to see what she’s been up to and who she’s enjoyed playing with.
